Energy Efficiency, Renewables and the Buildings of the Future: ABGI at AHK Romania’s Green Buildings Conference – 8 September 2026
ABGI Romania took part in the conference “Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Nearly-Zero-Energy Buildings (Green Buildings)”, organised by AHK Romania – the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – on 8 September 2026 at The Mark (The Podium), Calea Griviței 82-98, Bucharest.
Held within the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) initiative “Energy Solutions Made in Germany”, the conference brought together companies, institutions, and professionals around innovative German and Romanian technologies for the energy transition: spanning energy efficiency, building automation, HVAC systems, renewables, and energy management, alongside sessions on the legislative framework, funding sources, and market outlook for the energy-efficient construction sector.
For ABGI Romania, the event connected closely to NEVERFLAT, our Horizon Europe project developing low-cost, smart, bidirectional EV charging infrastructure. Energy-efficient buildings and clean mobility are two sides of the same transition: as buildings become active nodes in a smarter grid, technologies like NEVERFLAT — which enable vehicle-to-grid energy flow and support grid stability — become an essential part of the nearly-zero-energy picture.
Our active project portfolio: NEVERFLAT, NEVERFLAT EU, WATERGRID, GORU-W.
